Carol Macpherson

Founder, CMAC, Carol Macpherson Aquatic Center

Carol has over 50 years experience in the instruction of children and adults.  Carol has taught water babies, youth swim lessons, and coached USS and local high school swim teams.  She has coached the Rinconada Masters program since 1974.  A competitive swimmer herself, Carol is a World, All-American, and National Champion initially at the age group level and presently as a Masters swimmer.

This comprehensive background led to Carol's development of precise teaching methods for all aspects of the sport and earned her a reputation of excellence for her instruction of young people.  All CMAC instructors have completed her certification training program.

CMAC classes are small to encourage development of trust between student and instructor. The methodology consistently results in students who progress rapidly while gaining confidence in their own abilities.
